It is a cool collectible , the buttons are a little hard to navigate due to their size. The other reviews stated it was smaller than they thought and I have to agree, I really was expecting a bigger unit. The lower portion ( underneath) the saucer portion is a little out of shape ( design flaw ) but only affects the looks ….it is still a nice little collectible , but should actually be priced in the $29.99 - $39.99 range….Cute Enterprise, but very small, difficult to set time/alarm, and LOUD! It will scare you out of your sleep ... Red Alert and Captain Kirk yelling for more power....yikes! The price is outrageous for such a small item with miniature buttons, hard to read display, difficult to set, and super-loud, startling alarm that sends you into instant panic upon waking.The lights are cool and the Enterprise itself is cute, but you really have to be a die-hard Trekkie to buy this clock. I got it because it was our first wedding anniversary and the modern gift is "clocks" (used to be paper), plus my husband is such a TOS fan. Otherwise I never would've spent so much for a tiny, difficult to use clock that we'll never use the alarm on because it's terrifying to wake up to that.My son love itI almost didn’t buy this, but I am very glad now that I did. It is fully functional as promised the alarms work the clockworks the light shining on the ceiling works and the voice of Captain Kirk and his commands work. As you see from the picture I use mine as a display. But if you want to use it as an alarm clock that is perfectly fine it is great. Any Trekkie would love to have it. Great valueThe product arrived on time, however I was surprised at how small it was. Numbers are almost impossible to see if you have it as an alarm clock. It is a fun item, with fun sound effect but if you try to figure out what time it is is, well it is a bit difficult. Only thing I like is that I can press button and project time on ceiling at night when I want to know what time it is. CANNOT get the first ALARM TIME I SET to CLEAR. Goes OFF at same time EVERY day. Luckily, I am awake by then and just shut it off. HAVE FOLLOWED DIRECTIONS, but it WILL NOT "DISENGAGE."
