I have to confess I had doubts about Carol's action figure given the complaints in the early reviews. I waited a while but finally had to give in. Carol is one of my favorite Walking Dead characters, especially the way she came through at Terminus. I also appreciated her cleverness at pretending to be a typical homemaker at Alexandria lest the group seem too scary. No, I had to have Carol in my collection. The good news: outside the hair being black instead of grey, it looks enough like Carol. Her face has the same bone structure, and people in the business say that women's delicate features are harder to duplicate than men, who tend to have larger features. These are five inch figures and it's amazing what they can do these days. The head is about a quarter inch, yet they can get some true likenesses. I remember the days when action figures had pretty generic faces and you could tell who they were mainly by their costume.I'm pleased with this version of Carol and just wanted to say that no one needs to hesitate about it.
